From the initial meeting with Alex we felt he would be the one we should engage. He listened carefully, offered constructive advice and we could tell from his questions/answers that he was extremely experienced. From day one and for 3 weeks, his team were on time, courteous, clean and extremely professional. They completely removed the old bathroom right back to bricks and floor joists; re plumbed, wired, plastered, tiled, fitted everything and decorated as we requested. The overall workmanship was outstanding, end result stunning and we cannot recommend Riverside Response highly enough.

“Alex and his team were great during this job. He kept me fully informed, when as expected he found that part of the floor had rotted and needed replacing. I moved out while the work was being done as my brother lives close by but I called in to check on my post and my flat was always clean and tidy. They put down protective covers for the wooden floors and carpeting to protect them during the works. I would definitely use them again if needed.”
