Alex and his team did an excellent job. Alex was very helpful in the early stages giving clear advice and recommendations about the work involved and best parts to buy. He kept me fully informed about when the work would be able to start and kept to schedule. He is very easy to get on with and is highly professional. He clearly has a lot of experience and knows his trade very well. Fabio did a great job with the tiling. I am very happy with the end result and would not hesitate in using them again. Whilst they may not be the cheapest around they are very high quality and worth the investment.

Toilet waste pipe replacement
We'd used Alex a couple of times before and this time, as previous times, he provided the same high quality service that we have come to expect. He's a very approachable and user friendly guy, his explanations of possible options or what is needed straight forward and in layman's terms. He's honest re the likelihood of success/risk, attends when he says he will, and gets the job done effectively and without fuss. I'd call on Alex again in a flash if and when we have future plumbing need, and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Refurbishment of flat.
We highly recommend this company and this is our third very positive review. This time they carried out plastering, decorating and laid new flooring, and we are delighted with the result. We have total trust in Alex and his team and appreciate the quality of their work. Alex genuinely cares about the happiness of his customers and goes out of his way to ensure that they are satisfied. Toilet cistern problem.
We’ve had Alex work at ours before and again very good, reliable. I sent a picture of the problem by text to let him know and he came with the replacement parts. Very good and highly recommended.

Alex was very clear about costs and extremely helpful in sourcing parts to fix shower ( when company who fitted bathroom initially were not!!) He was upfront and gave accurate information / updates. Fixed the problem. Would happily recommend.
