We recently decided to completely refurbish two bathrooms. We chose “Riverside Response” because of its Checkatrade feedback. Naz and his team were simply superb in every way, friendly and helpful. At the end of each day the house was left spotlessly clean. They vacuumed throughout and equipment was stored neatly away. Naz suggested some alterations to our original ideas using his expert knowledge and experience, which we took on board and are absolutely delighted with the result in both bathrooms. Emergency plumbing.
We needed a plumber urgently when we accidentally drilled thru a piece of plastic radiator connection pipe, when securing some floorboards (immediately before having carpet fitted). Alex was first contractor I called and he was here within 45 mins. Job was done in an hour or so, efficiently and thoroughly. (Carpet was laid next day, on schedule so, basically, he saved the day!). Thanks to Alex for a great job, and for getting here so quickly. We're likely to have other plumbing jobs in future and will definitely be contacting Alex.
