Renovation of bedroom with built-in cupboards
We have no hesitation in recommending Riverside Response. The owner, Alex, has a team of highly skilled craftsmen who take great pride in their work and are professional, friendly and trustworthy. Over time, they have transformed our small flat: they have renovated our bathroom, kitchen, lounge and, on this occasion, the bedroom with built-in cupboards. This is our fourth positive review as we have been so delighted with the results that we have kept inviting them back. If we need any work doing in the future, we will certainly contact Alex first of all.

Fixing a leaking toilet
We have used Riverside Response on a number of occasions (two new kitchens and a new bathroom over the years) and I can't recommend Alex and Riverside Response enough. Problem was sorted there and then and to the usual extremely high standard that is Alex's trademark. Price was good and workmanship to the highest order as well as a good recommendation on how to prevent the issue happening again.

Bathroom re-fit.
Alex and his team did an excellent job on our bathroom, we are very pleased with the whole process and the final outcome. Alex was in touch regularly to keep us updated on progress and to clarify points which was really appreciated. When removing the old bathroom, Alex discovered a leak which had caused substantial problems to the floor structure. Alex sent photos of the problem and not only fixed it but still kept to the original time frame. Alex kept the flat incredibly tidy though out and was a pleasure to work with.

Fitted new tap in kitchen. Removed piping, fitted new tap, removed old tap, greased and checked seals. Excellent work, quick and clean. Checked everything twice over. Nice guy too.

Upon enquiry Alex was straight over for competitive quotation. He helped with selecting the right goods for the job and promptly booked me in. His reliability was outstanding but what I found particularly useful was his constant and effective project management throughout the works with any issues quickly resolved. He was extremely tidy to the point where it looked like he had never been in each day! The quality of the work was outstanding and has completely transformed the bathroom into a beautiful space.
