Alex and his team were great during this job. He kept me fully informed, when as expected he found that part of the floor had rotted and needed replacing. I moved out while the work was being done as my brother lives close by but I called in to check on my post and my flat was always clean and tidy. They put down protective covers for the wooden floors and carpeting to protect them during the works. I would definitely use them again if needed.
