We are forever grateful to this firm. I was in complete panic when I suddenly discovered huge amount of water pouring down my ceiling on a Sunday night so I contacted a friend of ours that's in the building trade for help and he recommended Riverside Response. Within the hour the plumber turned up and fixed the leak. I Can't begin to tell how great they were from A - Z. Thanks!!!

Diagnosed and fixed a historic leak
Our boiler kept on losing pressure for over a year and a half now, we have British Gas landlord insurance, 5 of their engineers and 3 private plumbers later I called Naz. He immediately suspected a leak, within 15 minutes he found the leak under the floorboards right under the boiler. He drained the system, fixed the two leaks and for the first time in months our boiler worked without needing to be re-pressurised! Words can't explain how grateful we are to Naz. He is one in a million!! This man is the Einstein of plumbers, I highly recommend him!

Replace Stop-Cock in coldwater tank in loft.
Work carried out perfectly. Prompt, polite, good value - But here's the amazing bit - when I called back with an issue, which turned out to be nothing to do with the work performed, on a Saturday night Naz got round within 45 minutes and sorted it! Now that's service, I'll use him for all my plumbing needs in future. Very grateful. Thanks Naz.

Bathroom (2nd already for us)
I never understood how bathroom company (really difficult trade) could have 10/10 and 100+ reviews. Now... after our second bathroom done recently with Riverside Response, I understand. Really impressed on how Naz manages the job overall: flexible, smart, able to think out of the box and always focused on customer satisfaction. Fabio (tiler), I am not exaggerating a bit by saying he is the Michelangelo of tiling. I challenge anybody to come and find any single fault. Remarkable especially with all the boxing and angles we had to do due to limited space. All with a competitive price. Thanks!
