Urgent renewal of a bath waste fitting.
It's always a bit of a gamble finding someone at short notice to plug a hole - especially when that hole is a broken bath waste fitting that was resulting in a flood downstairs! We were fortunate in our choice, receiving same-day attention and a clear explanation of the job and risks, and ultimately a job well done. Thank you.

Naz answered my call at 6pm on a Wednesday night, identified and fixed the problem (within 30 minutes) by 3pm the next day. Couldn't have asked for more. The amount of positive feedback on here says it all and is well deserved. Just call him!

New bathroom.
I normally pay more attention to negative reviews but there didn't seem to be any, so I was sceptical and in my view took a risk in employing Riverside Repsonse. But the whole experience from start to end was excellent. I found Naz excellent to discuss options with and it felt more like a team effort in designing the new bathroom. I didn't feel pressured to do anything I didn't want to and any of my bad ideas were politely pointed out. The two guys who work for Naz were also extremely helpful. The end result can't be faulted. They all obviously take a lot of pride in their work.
