Repair of an emergency leak
Amazingly prompt response and repair with no fuss, despite being 11pm at night! We expected an emergency call-out plumber to turn off the mains and leave us to get the rest sorted the next day but Naz found the leak, replaced the part and we were back up and running in about half an hour - a great relief to a very pregnant customer who was expecting to be without heating or hot water for a day or so just before Christmas!
