An excellent job, which was also completed in full ahead of schedule. Naz is one of the very few plumbers approved to work on my Estate (which they'd prefer to describe as a 'gated community') and I can see why.

To repair leaking toilet and rebuild retaining wall, install new waste pipe, basin, new plumbing.
Alex was extremely professional, quickly identified the issue and suggested the most cost effective solution. He helped with sourcing parts and gave recommendations. He is great at keeping the customer informed, very punctual, completed a much bigger job than first thought. Very courteous and completed the work to a very high standard. He and his team left the bathroom in a sparkling condition, as good as new. I highly recommend Riverside Response.

We love our new en-suite. Alex and the team are superb in their craft and attention to detail. The level of engagement and communication throughout was first class. The work was completed promptly and to an extremely high standard and they rectified a few issues caused by previous tradesmen to produce our beautiful en-suite. Cannot recommend highly enough. Alex and his team are incredible, great communication, helpful advice and all of them go the extra mile. Alex had previously refurbed a loft bathroom so he was my first and only choice to do the main bathroom. The guys are a pleasure to have around and they always clean up every evening before they leave. Will use them again for sure.

Supply and plumbing of new waste system beneath kitchen sink
Delighted with the service provided by Riverside Response. Contacted them around 9am following a flood in my kitchen and they kindly agreed to come out same day. Service from Alex was excellent, he kept me informed of planned arrival time and went above and beyond to resolve the issue while onsite, despite tagging this job onto an already busy day, then working late to help me rectify the situation. The price was also very reasonable for the work conducted. I am happy with the outcome and have already requested further work from them as a result.

Complete renovation of bathroom.
Alex did an amazing job undertaking the complete renovation of our bathroom. In two weeks he transformed it into something we could be proud of. He turned up promptly every day - including weekends - and worked solidly to his plan. His knowledge of plumbing, fixtures and fittings was second to none. His craftsmanship is remarkable and he has a great eye for detail. Carpentry, electrics, tiling and decorating were all done to a high standard. He honestly answered all our questions and gave clear advice on what needed to be done. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him.
