Repair of walk-in shower
I could not rate Alex highly enough! From start to finish he was amazing. We had a very poor bathroom job completed before and Alex came along and saved the day with fitting a new shower tray and retiling the whole bathroom floor. Complete bathroom refurb victorian propert
Alex and his team completed the job right on time, 3 weeks to the day. Our bathroom needed a complete overhaul including removal of the airing cupboard. Throughout the job Alex communicates about potential risks and suggests options making you feel part of the project. He also steers the project based on his extensive experience to get a better result rather than cut corners to speed. He and his team were a pleasure to have over to do the project and I wouldn't hesitate to use him and his team again on another project.

Fantastic response time, excellent service, what I really appreciate about Alex’s service is that he takes time to explain how the system works. In most other plumbers’ jobs, I felt out of my depth to understand their jargon. Alex makes things clear and easy to maintain going forward. Top notch!

Fit new pump to bath
This is the second time I’ve used Riverside Property Services & Construction, the first time was nearly 10 years ago for the same reason. Alex is always professional, courteous and efficient. He came to fit a new pump to a newly installed bath and noticed that the bath had not been fitted correctly and was leaking. He provided recommendations and was able to both fit the pump and fix the leak. This saved me a lot of time, money, and grief in the long run. He did all this whilst having to deal with my overbearing tenant hanging over his shoulder. Great job Alex, highly recommended!

Major bathroom renovation
What a fantastic job and well done to Alex and his team. This was a major bathroom renovation project and Riverside in our opinion is simply the best! Highly skilled, reliable, and professional, Alex kept us fully informed of the work being done and completed the project on time and on budget. They took great pride in their work and the tiling work was exceptional, as was the installation of bathroom furniture, shower etc., making sure they cleaned up every day and keeping us informed of progress. Riverside absolutely deserves 5 star recognition for a job well done.

Replacement of electric towel rail
Riverside Property Services renovated our whole apartment a few years ago and we were delighted with the result, so we still contact them when we need help with smaller tasks. On this occasion, Alex replaced our electric towel rail and, as expected, he gave great advice and did an excellent job. This company is very reliable and trustworthy and we highly recommend them.
