Full Loft Conversion
Alex and his team has created the most amazing space for us. He listened patiently to our vision. From start to finish he managed the whole project with so much professionalism. Full house refurb including 4 new bathrooms.
This is the 2nd major house refurbishment project done for me by Riverside Response. As before, the standard of the work is exemplary and attention to detail is first class. Moreover Naz and his team are true professionals and a pleasure to deal with. We had some unexpected challenges being an older Victorian property but these were all overcome and the final result is great. The scope was extensive including 3 bathroom refits and 1 completely new bathroom, various heating, plumbing and electric works, and full redecoration throughout.

Naz did a great job yet again! He is the only plumber we use now as he cares about the quality of work he does, he’s a really good find if you are looking for a plumber. Highly recommend!

New en-suite bathroom and downstairs cloakroom
Alex and his team were fantastic, they completely refurbed our En-suite bathroom and downstairs loo. From beginning to end, Alex and his team were completely professional and all the work was completed to a high standard. They started and complete the job on time, communicated with us throughout, came in on quote and were clear about extras which came up during the job and their costs. All the work has been completed to an excellent standard, the tiling is flawless and all the fitting perfect, we could not be happier with the end result. Replacing en-suite bathroom
This is the third room that Alex and his team have replaced for us which hopefully tells you exactly how good they are. Alex is a rare find - his knowledge and experience means that any problem or challenge is met calmly and gets resolved with no fuss. It is honestly a pleasure to deal with him and all his team. We waited a few months to get the work done however this is because he is so good at what he does that he’s booked up well in advance. Can not recommend him highly enough.

Alex and his team carried out a complete re-fit of a bathroom in a property I rent out. I'm very pleased with the results.
