Repair of leaking radiator valve.
I called up with a request for repair on a leaking radiator valve and was hugely impressed with Naz throughout the experience. Polite, punctual, professional and helpful. I was nervous about calling a plumber whom I didn't know but was lucky to get hold of Naz. I would unreservedly recommend Naz to anyone needing work done or repairs.

Very impressed with the Naz, he kept me informed throughout his investigation and the options I could take. He left my premises as he found it, even took the rubbish away with him. He also gave me advise on a couple of things that I was unaware of and did a couple of other jobs to sort out some problems. I would certainly recommend him, very courteous nice man.

An immaculate job, despite one or two unexpected difficulties (which they took the trouble to talk us through and offer sound advice on). Naz and his mate were helpful, friendly and exceptionally tidy. The finished product is really very classy - Naz's tiler is a real craftsman.

Naz was a very hard working project manager, leading a conscientious and reliable team with a very high standard of work. He met and exceeded all deadlines, as we needed to have the house ready in a short time frame. We are very pleased with the results and even after the project had finished, once again, Naz and his team responded to an extra request which was unrelated to his task and promptly delivered the work to the usual excellent standard. We would definitely recommend and use his services again.

Riverside Response has a superior standard not only for quality and workmanship but also for creativity and cleanliness! Several plumbers originally assessed the job but Riverside Response was the only company that instilled the confidence in us that they could do it. We didn’t want the whole bathroom retiled so what appeared to be a simple job was in fact fairly complex. Naz came up with wonderful ideas that were in keeping with the existing design of the bathroom. Our bathroom actually looks better than before! Additionally, they also cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!
