I couldn't be happier with the work that Naz from Riverside Response carried out. He and his team were efficient, helpful and really friendly. He supplied and fitted an excellent shower and cubicle and improved our utility area with some new units and work surface. All at a very reasonable price. I'm delighted with the end results and will definitely use and recommend him again.

Supplied and fitted new electrical immersion heater.
I had the good fortune to contact Riverside Response last July (2012) as I needed expert help with my cold water tank. They did such an impressive and professional job that I kept a note of their contact details. When I therefore had no hot water in my property yesterday (28th Feb) I was able to immediately call Riverside once again. Despite a busy work schedule Naz said he would find the time to visit me during the afternoon to review the problem, assess how to fix it and give me a costing for the work and any parts required. He arrived late afternoon and after checking the hot water informed me I needed a new immersion heater and quoted a price for this and his time. Naz said he would be able to return today to fit it for me. I knew he wouldn't let me down. In his usual timely fashion Naz arrived today with the new part, his vast toolbox and immediately got to work. Job done and hot water restored! Naz doesn't stop for tea breaks, or repeatedly go out to his van as he brings everything he needs to complete the job into the property with him. Naz even disposed of the old immersion heater part in a responsible manner. How refreshing in this day and age to find such a reliable, professional and knowledgeable individual. I've been reading through some of the other customer's reviews and they all make the same positive comments and give Riverside Response scores of 10/10 for every category. My own recommendations are 10+! They are very impressive! If you need expert, reliable, 1st class professional help and advice then I urge you to make contact with Naz. You won't be disappointed I promise you and like me you'll then keep his contact details available for any future problems you may have. A truly great service!

Emergency callout to repair blocked loo.
Naz came out on a weekend, arriving within approx 30 minutes following an emergency callout. He resolve the issue quickly and thoroughly checked everything before leaving to make sure the issue wasn't going to recur. He also gave me some advice on action I should take to avoid burst pipes (given the freezing temperatures). Overall, Naz was really helpful and efficient and came across as a decent guy. Will definitely use this company again for other planned work.
