I've had Naz deal with three different plumbing issues on different occasions. He has been so helpful, knowledgeable and always given me an accurate estimate and if he doesn't know exactly the amount (due to my explanation of the possible problem rather than any kind of lack of knowledge) he gives me a very reasonable hourly rate which he tries to do in as quickly as possible. Complete property refurbishment.
We used Naz and his team to refurbish a one bedroom flat, which involved replacing the kitchen, bathroom, flooring and decorating throughout. Right from our original enquiry, Naz dealt with everything promptly and on time. His team working a six-day week. When the bath was found to be damaged when unpacked, Naz collected a replacement (rather than wait for one to be delivered) to ensure that the work was not delayed. He did the same with a kitchen worktop. We were kept fully informed of any problems, which Naz solved without fuss and any changes to the original quote were cleared with us first. When we had problems finding an electrician, he suggested someone he had worked with on a previous job (also on Checkatrade) who we used and also was very happy with. The finished job was of a high standard and we would not hesitate in recommending Naz and his team, or using him again.
