Total renovation of 2 bathrooms
Everything previous reviewers say about Alex and his team is absolutely correct. From the initial meeting, when he provided a detailed quote, right through the following 5 weeks of renovation work, he has been incredibly professional and hardworking calling on the services of an excellent team (Ali in particular). Everything done has exceeded my expectations and this has been in spite of some huge and unforeseen challenges presented by my Victorian house. Alex has constantly been available for advice, offering solutions and remaining courteous at all times. Fantastic! Highly recommend.

New bathroom
This is the 4th time we have used Alex and his amazing team and we would not consider using anyone else. Alex is always full of great ideas for designs and is always able to advise on what will and wont work. This really helps with the design. On the job the team work so hard. Firstly in making sure that the house is protected from dust etc and once the team get going with the work, working with you to work out the best way to solve unforeseen issues. No short cuts are ever taken. The bathroom the team have given us is stunning and I really can’t recommend Alex and his team enough.

Full refurbishment of two bathrooms and a boiler/utility room.
Alex and his team were excellent with superb attention to detail. I really can't praise them enough. Their work ethic was very good, taking care when working, protecting existing floors and walls, tidying up daily and minimising as best as possible the spread of dust etc. Alex was great in giving practical advice and suggestions and always conscious of the future need for maintenance access. I was blown away with the quality of the tiling work. The finished bathrooms exceeded my expectations Would I use Alex again, definitely. Would I recommend Alex to friends and family, no hesitation.

New Boiler
Alex recently fitted a new boiler quickly and efficiently after the old one was beyond repair. He also found and repaired several leaks. He has completed a variety of plumbing / bathroom jobs for me over the last 2 plus years. He is knowledgable, friendly and professional and very reliable and I would highly recommend him.

Complete renovation of bathroom
This was a complete renovation of a large bathroom in a Victorian house. Alex and team did a highly professional job. As well as plumbing, they organised a team of carpenters, tilers, plasterers and electricians. The initial quote spelt out everything in detail. Alex provided advice on choosing the correct fixtures and fittings. When problems occurred, he always rose to the challenge and came up with solutions. Very clear communications at all times. All of the work was done to the highest standard, with meticulous attention to detail. Would not hesitate to use Alex and team in the future.
