Naz is a thorough gentleman. He and his team are polite, punctual, professional and have a good customer service attitude. Repaired broken toilet.
I got a call from my tenant informing me the toilet was broken. Needless to say a massive headache for any landlord. Naz responded quickly and fixed the problem. I have used them before and would continue to do so. Very highly recommended.

We needed a complete renovation of our dated bathroom. Naz was extremely helpful with our plans and gave very constructive advice with regards to the new bathroom fittings and tiles. His work was to a very high standard, as was his tiler's Shab. His invoice matched his initial quote and the bathroom looks wonderful! We highly recommend Naz and his team.

Fixed a dripping tap under sink.
A small job for a plumber, but a stressful situation for us (tap leaking in cupboard under sink, could have caused rotting wooden floorboards). Naz answered his mobile first time and kept me informed of date and time of arrival. Stated price upfront. Polite, knowledgeable, seemed honest. Would definitely use him again.

Water Tank in Bathroom needed attention
On Thursday morning (5th July) I discovered there was no cold water supply in my bathroom. Nightmare scenario !! Looked on checkatrade.com and found Riverside Response had so many positive reviews about their work from satisfied clients. I telephoned Naz Khatoun on his mobile and he agreed to come round on the following evening - Friday (as I have a full-time day job). He verbally quoted me a price for labour and parts (Naz thought it sounded like the ball-cock was broken). Naz turned up on time and looked as charming as his voice !! He immediately assessed the problem, drained the tank, fitted new part, checked for potential airlocks, tested system, and tidied-up after himself. He even put WD40 lubricant on some of the other parts to make them easier to turn. The total cost was EXACTLY as per Naz's verbal quote even though he had spent at least 1.5 hours with me and done more than was necessary/expected. I would have no hesitiation whatsoever in recommending this company to sort out your problems and take away the stress associated with domestic breakdowns. A truly superb service and a shining example to other contractors in how to offer great customer satisfaction at a realistic price. RIVERSIDE RESPONSE deserve to be successful. Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.
