Bathroom refitting and ceiling and wall repair in kitchen after water damages.
I called Naz in January for a quote to repair a collapsed ceiling kitchen, replaster a wall and repair the leak and refit our bathroom. Naz came the same afternoon and send us the quote when he said he would (unlike other companies that came to quote us before). His estimate was reasonable and clear. Our insurance was happy for us to go ahead. He was able to start the job the week after and with one of his team member they stick to the schedule. They were really pleasant and hard working. Naz also responded to all my questions (and I had many) and advice us on the material to buy and where we could find the best prices. We are really pleased with the finish result and have already used Naz again to change a food processor. I am sure we will use his service again in the future.

Fitted new Bath Toilet and Washbasin, tiling in bathroom and kitchen
Naz came round very quickly to give me an estimate for the work. I got lucky because of a cancellation and they started the next week. I had a complete bathroom replacement done including tiling all the walls and fitting an extractor fan. They also organised removal of the waste. They sourced and fitted everything to a good standard. They were about 2/3 of the cost quoted by a major store and did more work than the store estimated for (extractor fan sourcing and fitting). I asked them to do some tiling in the kitchen as well and they did this at the end of the bathroom job.

Naz was friendly, professional and informative about the problem. He knew what he was talking about offering different solutions. He also gave good advice about what I could do in the future regarding possible problems with the toilet. I have saved him to my phone and won't be losing his card either! Btw I forgot to mention the toilet is now working better than ever

I agree with all the other positive responses: Naz Khatoun was punctual, conscientious, neat and clean (left the bathroom cleaner than he found it, if anything), a nice person (forbearing in the face of certain external problems ...), and most important, appears to have done a good job.
