Fitting replacement cistern valve in WC
I have used Naz before and as usual he arrived exactly on time, he gave me a quote of how much it would cost. He needed a few a few extra bits so went out locally to purchase them for about 15 mins. As usual he tidied up after the work so I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Washing machine connected and leak in kitchen stopped
I dread when I have any trades person come into my home to do any work, but this plumber with a tidy set of tools in boxes settled my mind when I saw the way he approached the job. All he asked for was a towel and a sponge and by the end of the job he'd completely stopped the leak in my kitchen tap and the bad job left by other plumbers who'd initially installed the sink and taps and left a clean work space, checked the electric/wire connection on my washing machine, straightened the badly twisted tube at no extra cost and checked the machine was fully working before he left. I infact have arranged with him to install a hot/cold water shower head to my bathroom as I was very impressed with his work and presence in the home. A young man who just needed space to get on with his work and nothing more. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and already a neighbour is so impressed with the bathroom suite fittings the young man put up in my bathroom she wants him to come do exactly the same for her when she's got the wares in. I'd have given him more than a 10 if that was possible. He restored my faith in trades men who come through the door into our private homes.

Thermostat for hot water cylinder replaced.
The thermostat in our hot water cylinder was not functioning properly, as it was allowing the water to drastically overheat. Mr. Khatoun quoted the fee for replacement and service up front, which was quite reasonable. He obtained a new reliable, thermostat for us and described how to reset the thermostat if it ever became necessary to do so. Mr. Khatoun was very professional, and polite. We rate Riverside Response very highly and do recommend their service!

We chose Riverside Response from Checkatrade based on the valuable customer feedback they have had. Mr. Khatoun quoted the charge for this service up front, he was quite flexible for scheduling a work date, and very timely as well. His work is very professional and he was meticulous about testing the newly installed tap. I highly recommend Riverside Response plumbing services - they are now the only plumbing service in our household service contact list!
